Printer Connection provides printer and output solutions to small, medium and large organizations. Our business is to sell, service, restore and refurbish printers, provide printing software solutions and offer products that help move away from printing and toward electronic delivery of the document.
Is a ‘Printing Solution’ merely the printer machine? PCI’s approach is that it is rather the sum total of providing the knowledge and advice during the selection, the care and experience in guiding the implementation, and the concern and representation in managing the maintenance service experience.
Our staff members each have at least 10 years of experience in the printer industry. We choose not to sell or service computers, storage, networking or other IT product sets.
PCI is active as a consulting team member with several traditional IT sales organizations. We operate as the printer experts for those firms with their customers. Dealing directly with PCI or with us through one of our many partners, feel secure in the knowledge that the recommendation we deliver will be from business people keenly interested in offering the right suggestions for your success with printers.
SALES — Printer Connection is and has been among the top ten resellers with several key printer product lines in the enterprise printing marketplace – Printronix, IBM InfoPrint / Ricoh, MicroPlex, TallyGenicom
SERVICE — Our PCI Tech Center and service organization provides onsite maintenance service through a nationwide team of territory service professionals. With our diagnostic talents and ability to provide next day service, customers rely on PCI to have great affordable repair coverage of their essential enterprise printers.
RESTORE AND REFURBISH — PCI is a premier source for affordable industrial and enterprise laser printers restored for the rigors of mission critical duty.
PCI’S KEY COMBINATION of Refurbished and Serviced Printers — PCI differs from many other line printer restoration companies in this key fact: PCI wants to write and hold the service contract on PCI line printers. As the holder of the contract and from a profitibility standpoint, PCI is driven to try to minimize and possibly eliminate the need to perform a service call in the next year, two, or three. Other refurbishers may sell the contract of another service firm, and their concern may expire with the end of their 30 day warranty.
