Printer Connection got its start reselling printers as an IBM / InfoPrint Business Partner. PCI is at the highest level Reseller/Distributor Partner status with Printronix, Dascom/Tally, Lexmark, Microplex, and TallyGenicom. PCI was recently recognized as The Fastest Growing InfoPrint Specialist Business Partner in the US, and were one of a very limited number of Certified Cut Sheet AND Color Cut Sheet Premier Solution Specialists in the country.

Printer Connection Inc. (PCI) helps businesses solve their computer printer needs. Over the last decade PCI has offered IBM InfoPrint, Printronix, TallyGenicom, Xerox, Microplex, Ricoh, Printek, Dascom, Lexmark, Epson, Konica Minolta, Zebra and used equipment. PCI also offers hardware leasing, financing, trade-in, take-out, maintenance programs, software solutions and consulting services to make it all work together.

PCI Solutions is a new unit of Printer Connection Inc. PCI Solutions offers integration and delivery of information, forms and documents, whether by printed or non-printed methods. The Solutions unit specializes in the issues surrounding the flow of information — the re-engineering of electronic input and output. Solutions include printer management, electronic forms, mobile device delivery, output re-design and workflow dynamics.

Mike Walker, President of PCI

Mike has led technology firms for three decades and started his first computer business in West Texas during the 80s. PCI has grown over a decade into a highly respected firm, with rankings as a top ten reseller in most of its printer vendor relationships. Printer Connection, Inc. is based in Fort Worth, Texas and serves companies nationwide and ships printers across the globe via internet sales.

Warren Neeley, General Manager

Warren sold mainframes and printers with IBM beginning in the 70s, managed a manufacturing company, and founded a consulting firm focused on information management. Warren brings the knowledge and experience to drive complex output projects to successful completion. PCI Solutions consults through reseller affiliates across the USA.

Brandon Walker, Account Exec / Logistics / Webmaster

Brandon has a wealth of knowledge in printers and manages key accounts for Printer Connection. Brandon also oversees our logistics and multiple-site web presence. Responsible for vendor communications, Brandon is a key interface to our important partner organizations, and he also enables our resellers through education and proposal support.

Thomas Steen, Technical Director

Thomas heads a key component of Printer Connection – the Tech Center. Thomas is Microsoft and InfoPrint certified, works closely with Microplex US operations, and has solved technical issues across the spectrum of information technology. He drives our Center that has provided refurbished equipment across the world and repair consulting to a majority of our customers. Thomas supports our Proof-of-Concept testing via remote IP printing of live customer test print streams and manipulation of saved print files from the customer’s environment.
